1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.

To request a return, contact our support service using the "Support" button in the main menu of the site, clearly specifying the problem encountered.

Our team will guide you through the return procedure best suited to your situation.

You are not required to provide us with the reason for the return, however we kindly ask to help us optimize our services and offer you an ever-improving experience.

3. Return Conditions

  • Products must be intact and in original packaging
  • They must not show signs of wear or damage
  • They must be complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Labels must still be attached

4. Return Costs

Shipping costs for returns are borne by Kymply GmbH, except in cases of returns "for having changed one's mind" where costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Legal Warranty

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity as provided by EU Directive 2019/771.
