At Kymply GmbH we offer different warranty levels to ensure maximum peace of mind and satisfaction in your purchases.
2. "Satisfied or Refunded" Warranty
30 Days - Free Return
Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 30 days to return the product without having to provide any explanation.

3. Standard Warranty
12 Months - On All Products
Guaranteed minimum warranty: All our products are covered by at least 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
- Free repair
- Product replacement if repair is not possible
- Specialized technical support
- Coverage for manufacturing defects
4. Free Extended Warranty
Up to 5 Years - Selected Products
Free extended warranty: Some of our products automatically include extended warranties up to 5 years, completely free.
- Some appliances: up to 5 years
- Some electronics: up to 3 years
- Some professional tools: up to 5 years
- Some home products: up to 2 years
The availability of free extended warranty varies by product and is clearly indicated in the description of each item.
5. Additional Warranty (Optional)
Extend Your Protection
Want even more peace of mind? For some products you can further extend the warranty by paying a small supplement at the time of purchase.

- Accidental damage coverage

- Immediate replacement
The cost of warranty extension can be calculated as a percentage of the product price or as a fixed amount, and will be clearly shown during the purchase process.
6. How to Request Warranty Support
To request warranty support, contact our customer service via the "Support" button in the site menu, indicating:
- Order number
- Problem description
- Product photo (if necessary)
Our technical team will assess the situation and provide you with the quickest solution.
7. Warranty Conditions
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctions not due to improper use

- Operating problems within normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (unless extended warranty)
- Unauthorized modifications
